Here is a complete list of both the server and forum rules. Failure to follow any of these can lead to a permanent ban regardless of your rank, read them carefully
we have the right to change these rules at any time, so visit regularly


Server rules:

1. No griefing. You are not allowed to break any buildings in the wilderness, regardless of it's protection status. You are also not allowed to abuse a towny status that allows you to destroy residents building. Be a good leader.
- However, you can steal from chests in the wild that is not locked.

2. TP killing is not allowed. It is not allowed to teleport to a player with the purpose of killing them. This excludes public warps like /warp pvp

3. AFK fishing pools are not allowed. Other AFK pools are allowed unless they make excessive lag on the server. Be nice, please.

4. No advertising. Do not link to other websites other than to those that are a part of this community i.e. our main page.

5. No inappropriate signs, builds or town names. This includes i.e. Swastika (unless it is used in a friendly, religious setting), pornographic visuals etc.

6. Do not abuse Town permissions. If you kick a player out of your town, you must give them minimum 2 days to collect their items. If the player in question is on a real-life vacation, this period must be extended.

7. You must leave the town if the owner of the town or a staff member has asked you to. Failing to do this may result in a ban.

8. Behave. You will not swear, curse, accuse or use racist commentary in the public chats.

9. Do not exploit bugs. Report them to staff instead!
- This includes exploiting the economy, which will result in a ban. If you find any holes, please report them.

10. No hacking or use of mods that gives you the upper-hand versus the vanilla client. This is will most likely result in an immediate, permanent ban.

11. Do not spam the chat. This goes for both public and private chats, as it is an unnecessary toll on the server and something that can disturb player communication.

12. Only use English in public chats. We want to create a friendly community where everyone feels included and the use of other languages than English will work against that goal.

13. Do not bypass bans with another account. In all cases we use IP bans, but there are still ways to bypass this. If we catch anyone using another account after being banned on their main account, this will result in a permanent ban which cannot be revoked.

14. Do not impersonate staff or other players. By trying to act like somebody else within the community you are setting yourself up to a permanent ban. This does not apply for funny settings.

15. Do not scam. Scamming or cheating another player is not allowed!


One of the tasks of our admins and helpers is to uphold these rules, but sometimes they can be unfair. If you feel you have been treated wrongly, please submit a player report in the "Player Reports" section of the forum. A case like that needs to be handled correctly, so please do not bring up this issue in-game.

Forum rules:


1. Behave. You will not swear, curse, accuse or use racist commentary in the public chats.

2. Do not hijack a thread. "Hijacking" means to use another persons thread for your own gain i.e. ask an unrelated question that leads the attention to yourself. Make your own instead.

3. Do not publicly accuse another player or any one of the staff. Hopefully the server will continue to grow, and thus, when more people join in on the fun, there will be misunderstandings. We would like to solve these misunderstanding in a calm environment with only the affected present.

4. Only use English in the public forum and threads. We want to create a friendly community where everyone feels included and the use of other languages than English will work against that goal. This means that you can use your native language in private messages.

5. Do not scam or spam threads.

6. Do not use inappropriate profile pictures.

7. No advertising. Do not link to other websites other than to those that are a part of this community i.e. our main page.

- No PayPal charge-back. Charge-backing involves talking with PayPal to complain about the transaction made between you and us, but this mainly happens when people don't read our Terms & Conditions before buying. Asking for a charge-back means that you've failed to comply to our Terms & Conditions and will result in a permanent ban.
